Your Tasks :
- analyzing of errors and developing work arounds and permanent solutions
designing solution independent
implementation of change requests
handling of service requests by changing customizing
keeping ticket up-to-date
maintaining documentation - knowledge base
performing regularly support and maintenance tasks
supporting interfaces to other modules and (sub-)systems
ensuring Compliance with internal processes
support of go-lives
collaboration in projects
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
at least 2 years of experience in application support
fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
knowledge of applications architecture
good knowledge of Unix, MS Windows environment
practical experience in Webservices (IIS, Tomcat, Apache)
strong service thinking and analytical skills
flexibility and good interpersonal skills
ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
- cloud technics (e.g. AWS and AZURE)
content management system (typo3, FirstSpirit)
PostgreSQL, MySQL
Shellscripting (Unix/bash, WIN/Powershell)
Opentext (ECM), Jenkins, Check_MK
