Your responsibilities
- Creation and maintenance of SAP authorization roles based on agreed concepts and guidelines in different SAP systems (ECC, ByD, BW, SolMan, HR, PI, SCP/HCP)
Taking an active role in support activities with respect to SAP authorization security and audit requirements
Assignment and removal of roles in back end systems and through SAP GRC
Password reset, blocking and unblocking of user masters, maintenance of validity dates
Root cause analysis for authorization issues and bugfix implementation
Creation and maintenance of user master data, including license data and SNC names
Transport and distribution of roles in multiple system landscapes
SoD risk analysis & mitigation with SAP GRC
Service request and incident management in SolMan & HPSM
Acting as SME for SAP authorizations for assigned business area or customer
Cooperation with 3rd line support and project teams
Your profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
At least 2 years of experience in similar position
Experience as SAP Key User for authorization related matters
Fluent written and spoken English, German language will be an asset
Excellent and broad SAP authorization knowledge
Strong service thinking skills and service orientation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers
Excellent analytical skills
Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
