For our Client we are looking for Consultant SAP MM/SD (with EDI and German skills).
Form of employment: Permanent contract
Localization: Gdańsk
Main tasks will be:
• Backup and error handling (incl. debugging);
• ABAP developments/enhancements in backend – Mostly regarding IDoc creation/processing (user exits and creation of idoc enhancements);
• Cooperation with business for understanding of requirements and providing information about possible solutions;
• Configuration and testing of EDI/ALE interfaces;
• Setup of new message types;
• Communication with external EDI providers/customers/vendors;
• Configuration/ personalization of settings required for inbound / outbound communication in ERP (IDoc, ABAP Proxy and settings like partner profiles/message control etc.);
• Mapping changes IDOC to EDIFACT/VDA (Creation of detailed mapping documentations EDIFACT, VDA <-> IDOC.
The Candidate should have:
• University education (Bachelor or Master) in Business Informatics, Computer Science or similar;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Deep MM/SD module understanding regarding on EDI communication;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• A few years of professional experience in the field of SAP NetWeaver Process Integration using EDIFACT/VDA/Idoc and Experience in Seeburger EDI-adapter are preferable;
• Good German skills (written and spoken).
