are looking for experienced professionals to join team of professionals in
Warsaw and hold the position of:
SAP System Analyst (MM / PP)
Location: Warsaw
Role description
The position adhere to the Global IT Organization and requires direct
communication with other staff members. It also requires communication and
coordination with the Run and Business Support organizational leaders and
staff. Position will also require direct communication with systems users
and other business department members.
Responsibilities:
•Reviews, analyzes, and modifies systems including encoding, testing,
debugging and installing to support an organization's systems.
•Reviews, analyzes, and modifies business systems.
•Installs software packages and service packs to support an organization's
systems. May also develop, test, and debug code.
•Produces required products which meet the quality and expectation of the
customer.
•Follows the guidelines for change control and any required configuration
management.
•Administers issue logs
•Works with other Business Systems support teams and Information Technology
Organizations to resolve issues or apply enchantments to an existing system
or to accomplish goals.
•Produces reports and automation tools for other departments, which are
used to analyze and streamline business processes.
•Writes documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and
corrections.
•Writes manuals for users to describe installation and operating
procedures.
•Contacts suppliers for 2nd and 3rd level support.
•Recognizes and adapts to new developments in information systems
technology.
Requirements:
•Knowledge and experience in following SAP modules: MM, PP
•Require a bachelor's degree in a related area or at least 4 years of
equivalent corporate experience.
•Requires a certain degree of creativity.
•Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, work on multiple projects
simultaneously, and manages priorities effectively.
•Works well with in a team but also thrives independently.
•Demonstrates excellent communications skills, both oral and written.
•Ability to manage projects with proven methodologies.
•Familiar with relational databases and client-server concepts.
•Has basic knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within
the software industry.
•Technically expert in his/her organizations domain.
•Good business knowledge and ability to analyze and understand business
problems and how these can be supported by Information Technology.
•Team orientation.
•Good communicator and ability to communicate with other in different
organizational levels.
