- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science or related
- At least 2 years of experience in similar position
- Fluent written and spoken English, German will be an asset
- Broad SAP Basis knowledge
- Excellent analytical skills

- Flexibility and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and attention to details
Your responsibilities
As part of our Team you will be responsible for:
- SAP Basis Administration of different SAP products (e.g. BW, PI, SolMan, Portal, HANA, SCP, Hadoop)
- System management/operation (configuration, transport logistics/ChaRM, EWAs, Interfaces, SPS/EhP updates)
- Security/compliance (implementation SecNotes, Config Valid, SNC)
- System monitoring with Solution Manager (availability, performance, status, E2E)
- Client management (provision, copy, deletion incl. pre-/postprocessing)
- Coordination and Control of SAP Hosting Partners
- Resolving major incidents affecting stable operation of the system
- Project implementation
