Your profile :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree focused on human resources management, IT as the additional qualification desired
- Professional experience in payroll management for German payroll icluding the knowledge of social security and tax law
SAP-HCM experience
- Ability to familiarize quickly and thoroughly with complex topics
- Independent, self-responsible approach to work with a high sense of responsibility
- Communication and team-work skills, strong service orientation
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
Your responsibilities
- Implementation of timely and correct carrying out of payroll and other payments for all employees
- Planning and structuring of settlement processes via SAP HCM job process control (process monitoring, error analysis and processing)
- Realization of change requests (incl. preparation of technical/system change documentation)
- Handling of inbound and outbound interfaces process
- Serving as a contact person for the interface receivers in the respective areas:
-preparing Money Transfer Files (SEPA)
-Tax Data Transfer (ELSTER, ELSTAM);
-Social Insurance Data Transfer (EEL, DEÜV);
- Generation / provision of data and evaluations of personnel management processes (for example, professional association, trade tax break-up, statistics federal / local offices)
- Annual / quarterly / month-end process handling (incl. provisions for the generation of holidays / vacations)
- Assistance with audits conducted by tax authorities, social security institutions, auditors, etc.
- Participation in migration, standardization and optimization projects in the SAP HCM environment
- Performing maintenance work in SAP HCM (including Support Package), Customizing (tables/ characteristics)
- Provision of remuneration via self-service portal and web solution (SmartDelivery)
