Goodyear Dunlop Tires Europe and its Regional Information Technology Europe Department are searching candidates for a position of:

Technical Support Analyst (SAP PI)

• Assist in the technical support of SAP systems focusing on SAP Product Industrialization.
• Troubleshoot problems reported by customers, systems, or team members.
• Monitor, Install, Upgrade and Patch SAP systems.
• Work closely with other team members and management to enhance the understanding of SAP Product Industrialization capabilities, characteristics and limitations.
• Follow and update procedures for SAP Product Industrialization.
• Participate in 7/24 support of business critical SAP systems.

• The candidate should be an IT graduate, Industrial Engineer or have a 3 years Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.

• Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required.
• All other European languages are an asset.
• Fundamental IT knowledge.
• Fundamental Java and J2EE know-how.
• Basic knowledge of Operating systems ( Unix , Windows , Linux … ) and databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, DB2 …).

• Flexibility and willingness to work occasionally outside normal office hours & during weekends.
• Ready to participate in an outside office-hours stand-by rotation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team Player.
• Customer focused.
• Willing to travel occasionally.
