Backflushing scrapu

Dzień dobry!

Piszę z taką zagwozdką:
w BOM produkcyjnym dla pewnego assembly ustawiłam component scrap. Niestety, podczas backflushu tego assembly ilość materiału nie jest zwiększona o wartość component scrap. Backflushuje się tylko ilość, która jest w BOM.

Czy ktoś wie, jak można sprawić, aby backflushowana wartość była powiększona o component scrap?

Dzięki z góry za wszelkie wskazówki, jestem nowa w systemie i wiele tematów jest nadal zagadką.

Używasz produkcji seryjnej czy zleceniowej? W jakiej transakcji księgujesz potwierdzenie produkcji i backflush?

Używamy produkcji seryjnej.
Jeśli chodzi o planowanie to nie odpowiadam za to bezpośrednio, ale skonsultowałam się z kolegami i otrzymałam odpowiedź, że jeśli chodzi o backflush, to jest on robiony przez MES poprzez skan na linii, nie jest robiony manualnie w SAP.
W transakcji ZPP24 sprawdzamy co zostało zrobione, ewentualnie manualnie w MFBF.

Jeśli chodzi o księgowanie produkcji, to ZPP3, ZPP4 i ZPP124.

If you expect the movement 551 instead of 261 for the components postings, then you have to use the following process:

1. Choose the option component scrap in transaction MFBF: that option means an additional consumption will be posted due to a component waste.
2. Select the component backflushing option plus the scrap component Icon.
3. Then components are posted with movement type 551.

Symptom
You can activate certain process settings for the confirmation on a detail screen for each confirmation. You can find these settings in Release 4.5 under "Parameter", as of Release 4.6 under "Details".
These additional settings are normally deactivated. However, you want to activate a certain function in the default.
In particular there are requests for the indicator "Component scrap", because the component scrap is no longer taken into account automatically since Release 4.5A.

Solution
The best way to make settings without modifications consists in using the user exit at the end of module RM_BACKFLUSH_CHECK. The user exit is the function module EXIT_SAPLBARM_001.
The most important fields are:

• RM61B-SCRAP: Component scrap
• RM61B-ZPKNB: Follow-up posting of the reporting points
• RM61B-KSTLF: Post ordering costs

Reasumując - component scrap nie jest standardowo uwzględniany podczas backflush w produkcji seryjnej. Można go włączyć ręcznie w MFBF, przycisk "Details" lub włączyć domyślnie przy pomocy rozszerzenia EXIT_SAPLBARM_001.

Wystarczyło zaznaczyć pole "Net indicator" w ustawieniach component scrap. Widać powiększony backflush.
