business solutions for Environment & Energy applications based on SAP software. They are unique SAP partner in the Environmental Business in Belgium, Luxemburg and France. The team is composed of SAP experts in the functional & technical areas, experts in the industrial sector and in the energetic and environmental business. The company specializes in business process reengineering with a focus on Environment, Health and Safety, offering integrated solutions to comply with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities:

This puts company safety management under increased pressure to accompany these dynamic processes and actively prevent occupational diseases and accidents from occurring. The multiplicity of demands placed on industrial hygiene and safety globally can only be met today with the use of specially tailored software integrated into company processes.
With SAP Environment, Health & Safety (SAP EH&S), the application for environmental protection; health and safety at work, SAP makes a major contribution to fulfilling these complex requirements.

Purpose & objectives of the job:
-You want to be involved in innovative implementations and take an active role in a successful SAP implementation.
-You want to be a hands-on full scale Consultant :
Based on your analysis “ as is” at Client, you will determine functional requirements
You can project & describe the “to be” situation, in function of the relevant SAP modules. You will provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations and instructions on SAP functionalities to clients.
You will be involved in the parameterization of the relevant SAP modules. You will be responsible and/or taking an active role in a successful SAP implementation.
-You want to permanently update & improve your SAP knowledge.
-You will be in charge of welcoming your colleagues coming from your country.
-As a hyphen between BlueSphere and your colleagues, you will manage their integration, build and develop a successful team spirit.

Requirements:
A minimum of 4 or 5 years relevant SAP project experience in the Logistics modules.
-Senior SAP Consultants who are technically qualified but who are also Consultant (ie. Client driven, involved in design & implementation – not just good technical/ development professionals).
-Good knowledge of MM processes: purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification,…
-Good knowledge of SD processes: pricing and conditions, sales, foreign trade, billing, shipping, transportation.
You have already a first SAP experience in special SAP applications or industrial reporting such as EH&S regulations, Reach Chemical regulations, Kyoto Environmental regulations, or Governance Risk compliance…) and You are willing to invest in the SAP solution.
Able to write detailed specifications based on business requirements.
Sufficient knowledge of SAP modules in order to advice and define the “To Be “SAP situation of Client system
Able to manage the detailed customization in the relevant SAP modules.
Provide reliable estimates and planning.
Coordinate the deliveries with developers, testers, key users and technical people.

Required education, qualifications/skills and competencies:
University degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering or Information Technology).
All candidates need to be certified by SAP, preferably as MM-SD-PP-PM-WM Consultant.
Fluent in English. Some basic knowledge of French is a strong plus (but not a necessity).
Team player with good communication skills.
Well organized.

Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active result driven attitude, and committed attitude.
Dynamic and proactive personality.
Able to work independently, demonstrate initiative.
Continuous learning attitude.

Candidates need a strong personality with proven entrepreneurship (energetic decision-maker, open-minded with a real team spirit, and positive attitude.).
The candidates need to be willing to relocate to and establish themselves in Luxembourg.
