GSAP SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT.
Poniżej opis roli i oczekiwań wobec kandydatów:
Main Accountabilities & Tasks:
• Ensure that all relevant Shell standards and guidelines are met with compliance to SOX rules and
guideline • Timely and accurately support of all project phases – take ownership and initiative until
problem/ issue is successfully and accurately solved • Timely review items from issue log or inquiries
from GSAP team/ team members/Team Manager • Coordinate some initiatives set by the GSAP team/
Change Agent • Ensure that GSAP process documentation is prepared and updated regularly to accurately
reflect current processes in line with Shell Shared Service Centre standards • Ensure current
staff/ new joiners will receive proper training (prepare training materials and organize training)
• Ensure back-up training across country/process is completed as planned • Develop and maintain
global working relationships/networks within Shell.
Experience & Qualifications required:
• Very good SAP knowledge • Work experience in accountancy • High level knowledge of the process
and/or supporting application of accounting and accountancy principles • Exhibits excellent organization
and communications skills (both written and oral) • Good analytical skills • Ability to deal with
competing priorities and complex issues and work in project environment • Ability to work under
pressure and time constraints • Ability to recognize issues, attempt resolution and escalate problems
if unable to resolve • Excellent communication and training skills • Good English.
