SAP TECHNICAL MANAGER
As SAP Technical Manager you will be responsible for all IT infra related tasks and all SAP basis tasks, which are needed for our global rollout projects.
Main tasks of SAP Technical Manager are:
• Management of a team of technical IT experts (UPM internal + external)
• Sizing of the environments according to the rollout schedule
• Support for the rollouts by delivering the required system configurations for tests, data migration and training
• Adjusting the servers, systems according to the project requirements and agreeing needed actions with the IT line organization and afterwards doing a handover to IT line organization
• Support for the project teams in availability, performance and SAP basis issues
• Scheduling and follow up on SAP safeguarding actions for the rollouts
Requirements:
• University degree in business administration, IT or engineering or/and at least 3 years of IT experience in SAP environments
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Willingness to travel to the rollout mills as well as to the project office (currently Augsburg)
• Good communication and management skills (planning, assigning, follow-up, coaching)
• Broad knowledge and experience in SAP environments (ERP/SRM) in the area of technology and operation
• Knowledge and experience in SAP authorization and user management
