Global Programs refer to specific long-term initiatives within the company, which are run cross-sectorwide in order to contribute directly to the Group's strategy. Currently we are starting a Group-wide initiative aiming to create higher levels of standardisation of global transactional processes. This will benefit the Group through lower costs, better information and better control. One of the key objectives of this Global Program is to provide better decision support through increased business transparency. The delivery of this global platform generates an extensive reporting need to satisfy Statutory, Analytical and Operational needs and these position aims to build an internal competence to develop and deliver reports.
Job requirements:
IT exam from university and certificate in SAP-BI
Strong business and process (functional) understanding
Extensive experience of SAP-BI report building using BW (7.0)
Extensive experience of SAP-BW and good knowledge of ECC functional areas of Logistics and Finance
Thorough knowledge in general data warehousing theory and practice
Leadership and experience of remote management
Tactical and Strategic mindset
Structured and attentive to detail
Strong communication skills
Appreciation of work in a high-pressure environment with tough deadlines
Mobile and flexible for occasional international business travels
Fluent English
Responsibilities:
Assessment and analysis of a request by using business knowledge preferably from Sales or Finance processes.
Formalize the request in a format both suitable for business review and structured to serve as a base for technical documentation.
Development of technical documentation to allow building and suitable for outsourcing as well as own in-house production
Technical build of reports as well as technical tests
Testing as well as hand-over to production and implementation
Work as the company's liaison with an external provider of report generation.
Be an integrated part of roll out of SAP solution to countries within the Group
