I Profiles of the SAP Consultants.

The company is looking for young SAP Consultants with min. 3 years relevant SAP project experience. All candidates need to be certified by SAP, preferably as MM-SD Consultant. The candidates need to be willing to relocate to Luxembourg.

a. Purpose and objectives of the job
- Be involved in innovative implementations.
- Be responsible and/or taking an active role in a successful SAP implementation.
- Perform industry and process-oriented consulting with key customers.

- Provide functional expertise, guidance, presentations and instructions on SAP functionalities to clients.
- Perform feasibility studies and project reviews in these areas.

b. Work experience
- The position requires a minimum of 3 years SAP experience in the SAP modules MM/SD (SAP customization experience).
- Good knowledge of MM processes: purchasing, inventory management, invoice verification,…
- Good knowledge of SD processes: pricing and conditions, sales, foreign trade, billing, shipping, transportation.
- Able to write detailed specifications based on business requirements.
- Able to manage the detailed customization in the relevant SAP modules.
- Provide reliable estimates and planning.
- Coordinate the deliveries with developers, testers, key users and technical people.

c. Education and qualifications/skills and competencies
- University degree or equivalent by experience (Economics, Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering or Information Technology).
- Fluent in English. Some basic knowledge of French is a strong plus.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Well organized.
- Very strong customer focus.
- Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active result driven attitude, and committed attitude.
- Dynamic and proactive personality.
- Able to work independently, demonstrate initiative.

II About the compensation package.

The company offers a challenging and interesting job at the forefront of SAP technology, in a well established SAP consortium which respects the well-being of its employees.

The company remunerates their employees accordingly, offering interesting net salaries thanks to the Luxembourg location and fiscal regime and several other benefits and also extensive training.
Overview of compensation & benefits package
- Salaries will range from € 3,000 to € 3,500 (gross monthly salary). This translates into a net yearly salary (after taxes) of approximately € 30,000 to € 35,000 (including a bonus of max. 10%). Remark : gross salary does not look very high but because of Luxemburg fiscal regime the net salaries are significantly higher than in neighbouring countries such as Belgium, France or Germany).
- A company car (with free private usage, including fuel) – type Audi A3, BMW 1, Ford Mondeo or Volkswagen Golf will be provided for all SAP Consultants.
- A monthly net expense allowance of € 266 is foreseen.
- An interesting holiday plan: 23 holidays per year.
- Mobile phone, laptop, free home telephone & high speed internet are provided for freeby The company.
