Czym jest Control Cycle?

Post autor: SAP_Consulting » pn mar 25, 2019 6:34 pm

Cześć, czy jest ktoś w stanie, tak na "chłopski rozum", czyli prostym i zrozumiałym językiem wytłumaczyć czym jest i do czego służy:

Control Cycle oraz jego rodzaje:
Pick parts
Release order parts
Crate parts
?

Tworzymy go w LPK1

Bo te angielskie definicje jakoś do mnie nie przemawiają...

Dzięki z góry i pozdrawiam

pozdr.m.

The following staging types are supported:

"1": Pick parts
These materials are picked according to the required quantity specified in the production order.
"2": Crate or kanban parts
These materials are always removed from the warehouse in full cases. These can be ordered, for example, as soon as a case of needed parts is emptied in production.
"3": Release order parts
Release order parts are scheduled individually and the quantities are supplied manually to replenishment storage bins based on the requirements of production orders and the stock levels in the scheduled production supply areas.
"4": Manual staging
Materials are staged manually. For example, you can transport individual components using manually created transfer orders, or you can use the bypass method to transport them directly from the goods receipt zone to production. In goods receipt posting, postings are made to the production storage bins from the control cycles.
"0": Not relevant to WM-PP
These materials are not relevant to WM staging. They cannot be requested using the WM system

Czyli dochodzę do wniosku, że Control Cycle, które tworzymy w transakcji LPK1:

Pick parts
Release order parts
Crate parts

oraz Staging Method z transakcji SCWM/PSASTAGE

Single – Order Staging
Cross – Order Staging
Crate Part Replenishment

to jedno i to samo...?

LPK1 odnosi sie gdy uzywasz WM na ECC. W EWM ta fukcjonalnosc jest bardziej rozbudowana :

Staging Method

Defines how the products are supplied to the production supply area.

Use

The following staging methods are available:

•Not Relevant for Staging
The system does not consider items of a production material request with this staging indicator for any kind of staging. When you use a production material request with products marked as not relevant for staging to post the goods issue in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM), you have to ensure that there is sufficient stock in your production supply area.You can use this setting, for example, for products that you use directly from a silo.

•Crate Part Replenishment
The system schedules the work to bring products to the production supply area when you use transaction Schedule Replenishment.You can use this staging method for products that you need to be available in the production supply area at all times.

•Cross-Order Staging
The system uses the production material request items to determine which products are required in the production supply area. It cumulates the quantities for all the selected items to optimize the staging. You can schedule the system to perform cross-order staging regularly using the report Schedule Staging for Production.You can use this staging method for products where several manufacturing orders can share a larger quantity of the product. For example, you can stage 1 PAL containing 1000 KG of a product for several orders that require 50 to 100 KG of the product each.Cross-order staging in SAP EWM corresponds to release order parts in SAP ERP.

•Single-Order Staging
The system uses the production material request items to stage the product according to the quantity of each single item required. During staging, the system assigns the stock to the production material request item. You cannot post goods issue for this stock for another document or item. You can schedule the system to perform single-order staging regularly using the report Schedule Staging for Production.You can use this staging method when you want to assign the stock to a specific item.Single-order staging in SAP EWM corresponds to pick parts in SAP ERP.

Dependencies

When you create a production material request the system uses the determination settings. When it is not possible to use the staging method from the determination for the data in the production material request, the system uses a suitable staging method.
