Symptom
After delivery of SAP Note 3250462, the following errors were discovered in payroll calculation:
Function PLDED was not updated to use new fields in IT0413 delivered for year 2023 and later.
System generates log for newly introduced functions (PLGEN DEDU, PLGEN COST) even if on selection screen of HPLCALC0 "Display log" box has not been checked.

Function PLDED was updated, no adjustments are necessary.
